Contribute the ssh-import-lp-id utility, its manpage, and build instructions
to the openssh project under the BSD license. This was inspired by the
ssh-copy-id utility, providing the inverse functionality.

This code originally landed in the launchpad.net/cloud-utils project, but
would be most useful in the openssh-server project/package.
