Drop the -common packages that I had previously added to the server seed;
these should be handled more cleanly via dependency resolution.

Also, add the daemon packages for exim4 to the dvd seed.

server-ship seed cleanup

Ubuntu Server CD became oversized. This commit marks a concerted review
of the Ubuntu Server Seed by Rick Clark and Dustin Kirkland.

A number of utilities were moved off the server-ship cd seed, to the Ubuntu
DVD seed (which is evidently oversized too -- do we need an Ubuntu Server
DVD seed?).

Additionally, several packages in the server ship seed used the "%"
indicator, meaning, "include all binaries from this source package".

This commit cleans up a number of those as well. This allowed us to drop
a number of -dev, -src, -dbg binaries from the server-ship seed.
