Attempt at fixing issue #302.

It almost works perfectly, except with GMail's half-assed semi-encoded mail header crap.
See Igor Serko's comment in http://ginstrom.com/scribbles/2007/11/19/parsing-multilingual-email-with-python/ for a possible solution, but I'm unable to implement it myself.

Except emails through GMail IMAP, this branch works fine in 99% of scenarios and already is a definite improvement.
