Import sharing panel from gnome-control-center
This commit imports sharing panel from gnome-control-center and removes old screen-sharing panel.

Remove old screen-sharing plugin
Gnome removed a gsettings key from vino which is used to start/stop the vnc server from unity-control-center. As of now old screen-sharing panel doesn't work with latest vino.
