Fix d/install so package builds

I was trying to be smart with wildcards and it was causing problems. Listing
out all the directories seems to have DTRT.
I've also changed the install path to u/s/php/ezc; hopefully thats correct.

Fixing typo in d/rules

This has just caused me build failures in both my backbone-* packages. Fool
me once, shame on me...

More common changes

I just noticed dh-make-php and dh-make-pear were being added as dependencies
but arn't needed in these packages. The ones I've already uploaded will have
to be pulled down and adjusted but for now they will stay as is.

Update template where the values are identical accross packages

I've just wised up - instead of doing this every time I can take a copy of
this debian directory and copy it in to each new package I create.

Next commit will be package specific.

Clean Debian directory using dh-make-pear template
