Description of the change
I've added a postinst rules file to the debian folder. I've also added a postinst command to register the pithos-mono icon through xdg-icon-resource.
This resolves #638545 (Pithos notification icon is the "broken icon")
This may not be your ideal solution, and it does not properly address install path - it is hardcoded to the default path for Ubuntu 10.4
