Adds a button that sends the selected task to the Hamster Time Tracker applet. Attempts to reconcile GTG tags with Hamster activity names.

Requires Hamster 2.27+ (I think. I'm using the latest from git)

The code is in a separate file as if it were a plugin, but since GTG currently has no plugin system, taskbrowser/browser.py is modified to import and run it.

All rules are observed, except E221 and E222

I don't think that a strictly observations of E221 and E701 are a good thing since it prevents from visually structuring the code. For me, it is a regression in code readability.

Reordering of browser.py. browser.py was a mess, this reordering tries to clean things and to group functions working on the same things together. This is the first step to browser.py refactorisation. I had to return to older version in order to get this merged in trunk since they diverged a bit too much.
