Various packaging fixes:
- cleanup the package for daily release standard.
- multiarch the packaging.
- reorganize the packages, having demos and examples not shipped in usr/bin
  but rather in libexec.
- fix some dependency ordering.
- clean some olds transitions, lintian warnings, and cruft files.
- run tests on all archs and remove deprecated warnings.

unify advance_client_buffer and client_buffer() interfaces on ms::Surface. change the ms::Surface class so that it does not hold the client resource on behalf of the clients, the frontend or native windows do.

Break the cyclic dependency we have between Mir and Mesa (libEGL) that's
preventing builds from working at all on many systems (LP: #1192908)

This allows Mir to build against any version of libEGL/Mesa. And then Mesa
