Note that the GIR is somewhat broken because seemingly GIR can not represent ref counted objects that are not GTypeInstances..? Nonetheless, we can ovveride this for .vapi files, so at least Vala can work for now

Make it so that all tests pass. Introduce beginnings of error handling in LueWriter. Changed writer semantic - you now only close() the underlying IndexWriter on the last unref.
