I finally found what was going wrong. Delete --with autotools-dev
as it screwed up the build and packages builds properly without it.

Also disable tests (fixes FTBFS).

Re-enable dh_auto_test, add missing libopencv-contrib-dev due to new opencv version in Precise,
and regenerate some files from source (Makefile.in, aclocal, config.*, configure, depcomp...)
