Merge new revisions and code from lp:my-weather-indicator, use standard unix paths (/usr/bin and /usr/share). Upstream changes:

Remove probably excessive install dirs in debian/rules, needs testing too.

* Upload to other Ubuntu versions now that problems are fixed.
* Correct again ROOTDIR of comun.py. Really need to sleep... :/
* Some other fixes...
* Other corrections to fix absolute paths defined everywhere... :/

* Add missing path in shell my-weather-indicator script.
* Readd some things to debian/rules file.
* Also edit my-weather-indicator accordingly.
* Also change in setup.py, I forgot it previously.
* Change default install location which is NOT appropriate for Desktop install.
