Fixed up config files moving forward to the all dashes all the time approach.
Fixed a logic error in drizzled.py which caused the dashes being added to the
front of the command to be erroneously removed.

Altered server/drizzled.py to handle the change in plugin options - mysql-protocol.port vs. mysql-protocol-port. We now do a check to determine the appropriate format and set the options for mysql-protocol and drizzle-protocol ports accordingly

Altered randgen/run.py to provide a 'test FAILED' message on crash failures. Altered randgen.cnf to disable currently-failing tests. Will create a separate Hudson job for these quarantined tests
