Make sure that pressing enter in jump to dialog, jumps to the value entered. Fixes #26.

Appearently, pressing in this form of dialog activates the ok button without updating the spinbutton with the new value. This fixes that, by changing some settings for the widgets concerning default actions and doing an explicit in the dialog code.

Set max character width of description label. Fixes #25.

It turns out, that the width of the dialog was not related to the width of the main window, but to the amount of text put into the description label, which was not wrapping line. By setting a mas width in characters of ~50, the problem is solved.

The fact that it was broken, seems to be because there in GTK2 existed a shortcut, in which an option could be added directly from the combobox, but now we have to go through the list store.
