I won't set an all-version badtest hint for this category because if the package's autopkgtest starts passing in the future and then regresses again, we won't catch it.

I'll update the hint for the current -proposed version instead.

Fixing p-m / autopkgtest to support resetting the baseline instead is of course welcome ;)
