Deploy ghost service text mis-aligned

This appears to have been an issue where the drawing
of services (a ghost in this case) would be interrupted
by an error prior to the translate. The text would then
appear in the wrong place.

Update more parts to use YUI responsive.

Applied the YUI reponsive grids to make some content and menus responsive.
Fixed breakages that occured as a result. There is a lot left to be made
responsive, but that will be changed as the new design is applied.
