The arm64 desktop also wants this so enable it for all arches, like the

Revert "Fix hw support for ARM64 Desktops"

This reverts commit afe820cd49514896e96d02303298ed873d8d7f8a.

We don't build ARM desktop images and these services don't run on
non-Qualcomm HW (like Pi) and just produce annoyance and noise in the
logs. Remove them until we need them again at which point they should
probably go into dedicated seeds
