Tweak documentation on route advertisements some more. Even though MAAS no longer needs them, there is one big reason why you might want them: DHCP clients will need default routes.

Description of the change

I hope the implication that DHCP clients don't know their default routes is clear from the previous paragraph, which starts out by saying that in IPv6, you don't get your default route from DHCP.
