  * Included line impedance calculation
  * Fixed highlighting bug for lines with unbalanced phases that maxed out
    CPU on selection
  * Make sure the line description is displayed on the screen when mouse
    hovers over a line
  * Highlight lines where the number of phases is greater than the number of
    consumers at the endpoint of the line
  * Fixed bug that doubled all line lengths created without a map being

  * Sort waypoints when displaying phase balance
