* Can now login with user guest and any pass it creates a new guest account for each session
* XML for LAG strategies is now tidied up in the Admin Section
* Strategy List ORM mapping is now fixed for MySQL backend for Hibernate
* Fixed bug where the selected strategy is set back to null when content is edited.
* Added dummy info in Hibernate config to show how MySQL should be setup.

Fixed bug in initialization section when using the while(true).
Originally it would loop through all Placeholders regardless of the content being accessed.
Now only loops through all Placeholders in the current content being accessed.

Following LAG statement now works:
strategy "StrategyNameCaseSensitive" "implementation"

Still working on removing the need for double quotes around implementation as parser doesn't parse it correctly
