Made framework for transtion to Ubuntu Christian Edition
added all things from the Ubuntu TV older project so that
unity-ce will also have the formfactor of tv and all the
lens that are in ubuntu tv should be moved over and or
removed. Removing all the google code for Weather and
adding weatherundergrouds api to the mix. made 3 new view
sets for Unity changed Cmake files to install to the correct
place added new debian files for post{inst,rm,tiggers}
moved over some of qtmediahubs code. Made Framwork to
have dans in dash.
