Adding a history function to most command line and gui functions. This keeps track of what processes where carried out on a particular PHYML file along with, if imported, which data was used to create a PHYML. In future this can expended for each save of the PHYML (e.g. with a comment) and when importing bibliographic data, which sources were added.
