Merged debian-environment-variables [f=249093]

If defined, DEBFULLNAME and DEBEMAIL environment variables will be
used when generating changelog entries. They can be overridden by
defining an 'email' value in the configuration file, which was
required before this change.

If /usr/bin/sensible-editor exists, and VISUAL and EDITOR
environment variables aren't defined, it's run to get changelog
content.

Merged improve-front-end.

A new 'file-processing' help topic has been added and the README
file has been updated. In addition, some tests have been added and
others improved.
