Use the xdg package to discover current XDG paths

Patches support for custom $XDG_CONFIG_HOME locations, while also falling back
to ~/.config/
Adds new variable Noise.DATA_DIR, this adds support for the path
$XDG_DATA_HOME/anoise/ to host further audio files.
Corrected support for writing autostart files to the user’s autostart location.

Misc work to bring the plugin up to scratch, added testcases.

Add git plugin testcases & better support testmode in the plugin.
Fix revert for whole notebook use case - REQUIRES TESTING.
Fix get_version, so now page restore should work correctly - REQUIRES TESTING.
Fix off-by-one error in diffs.
Remove some unneeded TODO comments.

Plugin is at a stage now where it should be feature complete, needs git users to
*backup* their notebooks and test their workflow to verify it’s all good.
