I've added a database class to simplify getting information about databases. This is also being used by the plugin_manager, which I've also made some progress on.

I've added a plugin manager, which so far only provides mockups, but should be used to handle all plugin actions.

The db editor dialog now provides a tabbed interface to add fields, pages and buttons. Pages are now actually added. Buttons are just a mockup
