p-p-s: Remove obsolete suspend jobs (copy of classic checkbox provider)

The following categories all have after suspend jobs trough also-after-suspend
flags:

Audio, USB, Wireless, Monitor, BT (keyboard), Ethernet, Serial.

The "suspend" folder is (and will stay) a placeholder for suspend-auto and
hibernate-auto only.
