Remove upstream snappy tests

Upstream are refactoring their tests and these parts are no longer
working. Remove them till we can fix them

Get p-p-s and p-p-s-r from SPS

We can now get these two providers from SPS too.
This will ease the dependency maintenance headache.

Use checkbox tools from SPS

Checkbox and supporting tools + libraries can now
be gathered from the Snappy Parts Service

Get rid of old comment

Use plainbox-provider plugin in snapcraft

Delete old custom plugins
Add prime dir to gitignore

Use plainbox-provider-snapd-tests

Add an upstream tests launcher for snapd tests

Fix duplicate files complaint when building on aarch64
