Parsing the command line from library code is a bad idea, particularly if
you are are going to exit() if you don't like it. Restrict the default code
to only parse the config files. Any code that wants to also have the command
line parsed can do so.

The webapps themselves include references to the icons, so renaming
breaks them. Instead we'll leave them as they are, and expect the webapps
to name them well to avoid file conflicts.
