- When an exception causes the eucalyptus-info plugin to be disabled
  information about it will be written to the log using
  logging.debug instead of logging.exception. This prevents a

Merge bootstrap-with-userdata-ca [r=therve,sidnei] [f=605079]

This allows an LDS server to bootstrap new cloud instances with the untrusted
CA from an LDS server.

The LDS server can send the CA which is picked up by the client, and it's
written to a file on the instance, and used in subsequent exchanges with the
server.

changer lock in the dbus-proxy. This fixes a bug when upgrading a
dbus-landscape which never registered.
