- The EucalyptusInfo utility, used by the Eucalyptus plugin to get
  information about a cloud, has a new get_capacity_info method. It
  returns the output of 'euca-describe-availability-zones verbose'.
- The message generated by the Eucalyptus plugin includes a
  capacity_info field with information about the instance types that
  are available and the maximum the cloud has capacity for, for each
  one.
