Merged query-command.
A new 'query' command runs a query against FluidDB and prints the
UUIDs of objects that match to the screen. It's pretty basic right

Merged entry-point.
A new flow.entry_point module contains start-up code for Flow. The
program can now be run via bin/flow and will show basic help
information. In addition, a bash script is available to enable

Merged bootstrap-project.
The very basic bits needed to get the project off the ground are in
place including an empty 'flow' Python package, a README file, a
setup.py script and a Makefile.
