* download-latest-test-iso.py refactoring:
   - Restructured the code to make it easier to maintain
   - Added a bunch of exception handling
   - Check if both remote hash file and ISO are there
   - Added checksum validation after download to confirm that the downloaded
     file is really what was expected.
