Fixing bug #1375939, removed an "and" from a sentence having "and and"

Looks good, Jeffrey, but as I wrote in comment #7 in the bug report, we won't likely merge this into the Utopic branch, but only to the V series branch. The latter does not exist yet, and it will take a few weeks before it does.
