Support changing the icon that the titlebar uses in a trivial fashion.

Have a directory
~/.hate/images/
containing
index.txt

index.txt contains for instance::

wendy wendy.svg
cartman cartman.png

When the titlebar is set to "wendy:~hate - etc" then the 'wendy.svg' icon
will be used on the window.
