This branch limits the width of the search window for two reasons:

1. When the Files window is very wide there is a lot of white space between the file name and the path.
2. Because "hover select" is on (following a previous bug fix), and the search window height is now larger as it is always in global mode, the window is likely to cover the mouse cursor when it pops up and the file under the cursor gets selected. This may be undesirable if searching/navigating using keyboard only when it is more likely that the first hit will be the required one. Now, hover select is delayed so that even if the window crosses the mouse cursor when popped up, no hover select is made until the mouse is moved, instead the first row is selected.
