This branch rewrites the "restore from trash" code in Vala, moving it to PF.FileUtils.vala, and makes consequent changes.

This seems to fix the linked bug although the original cause was not exactly identified but was probably due to a reference handling error. As Vala automates this, this kind of error is less likely.
