This branch makes more extensive changes to DynamicNotebook, introducing a separate "prefix label" widget to the Tab class, which ellipsizes independently of the folder label. An alternative tab-width algorithm is also introduced allowing the tabs to vary in size according to their content. The maximum tab width is made a variable property. The tooltip of the tab concatenates the prefix label and the folder label text.
