Increase the maximum size of icons/thumbnails that can be shown up to 256px. For zoom-levels of 128px or greater, large thumbnails are requested from the thumbnailer.

In addition, since the thumbnailer will not always provide a thumbnail up to 256px, the "force-icon-size" option is enabled which scales the icon/thumbnail up to the requested size if necessary. This is made an option in GSettings so can be turned off if not desired.

Furthermore, settings for the minimum and maximum icon zoom levels are provided for each view in GSettings.

The algorithm for spacing the icons in Icon View was tweaked so that very large icons are not so spread out.

The branch needs to be installed to test as it makes changes to the settings schema.
