Implement and add to existing marlin-icon-info tests in Vala.
Fix ref counting bug revealed by test.
Remove some unused code
Patch marlin-icon-info.c to allow testing of themed icons without a default Gdk.Screen.
Refactor some marlin-icon-info lookup_icon code.
