This branch implements a further ctest for reloading a directory (multiple times) and tests for problems with the toggle_ref afterwards, pursuant to bug lp:1665620.

Note this will cause ctest to fail 1/4 until that bug fix is merged (see lp:~jeremywootten/pantheon-files/fix-crash-on-mode-change-close)
