Adds `import`, `batch`, & `machine` records; simplify service.DMedia

This merge brings some big cleanups and also a few features:

* Moves multiprocessing stuff out of service.DMedia and into workers.Manager -
  this breaks things into simpler components that are easier to test and
  substantially expands the test coverage. This is also needed so that dmedia
  can one day run without D-Bus (say launched under upstart).

* Adds --couchdir option to dmedia-service so that the service can be started
  using the same temporary desktopcouch context that the tests are using.
  We are now doing fully realistic tests rather than relying on --dummy.

* Adds `import`, `batch`, and `machine` records. This provides a rich audit
  trail and add schema needed by the browser.

* The application indicator (aka RenderMenu) now crudely displays import
  progress. This will be improved once we base RenderMenu off of doctormo's
  upcoming progress indicator. Also added a 'Shutdown dmedia' menu item to
  make it easy to kill the dmedia service.

* dmedia-service now logs to ~/.cache/dmedia/service.log I didn't for get
  xdg this time, Manish! :)

Merged David Green's import ui work, merged my D-Bus API enhancements - aside from contents of RenderMenu and a more elaborote first run dialog, this basically completes the AyatanaDmediaLovefest implementation
