empathy used to recommend telepathy-indicator but Ubuntu GNOME doesn't really need telepathy-indicator to be preinstalled.

Due to Distro not getting us an ack soon enough and issues with Jenkins, it looks like this got in too late into trunk and got reverted in a later commit by sil2100 (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~unity-team/unity/trunk/revision/3538).

Not sure how you should proceed with this, but thought I'd let you know.

The issue got discussed on IRC, the recommends is being added back.

What happened is:
- empathy got its recommends dropped before that change got merged in
- in result telepathy-indicator showed up on component mismatch and got moved to universe
- since it's universe the people reviewing the merge decided it was buggy to promote a package that late

The package is being promoted back, next time please wait for the new recommends to be in place for dropping the old one
