Code review comment for lp:~jbicha/ubuntu-wallpapers/lp-863509-package-old-wallpapers

Should it really depend on the -oneiric wallpaper package? I think what we want here is for new installs to only have the current wallpapers and upgraders will get the new wallpapers installed without removing the old wallpapers, right?
