Description of the change

The firejail ppc64el autopkgtest doesn't pass any more. firejail 0.9.68-3ubuntu1 is still stuck in karmic-proposed (and was removed from jammy-proposed once karmic opened).

firejail's application-tests FAIL badpkg on ppc64el and s390x because firefox is no longer available there.

There's already a force-badtest firejail/all/s390x hint in jammy.

migration-reference/0 won't help because FAIL badpkg (code 14) is not considered a regression.
