Added gtk3 support files for matplotlib from github branch

The package used in a PPA didn't have the right version number and caused
conflicts. To fix that issue, the required source files have been copied and
the package from universe repository is used.

Fixed bug task added not being correctly tracked in bug activity

Besides this, project is no longer being tracked in bug task views, since that
information wasn't really being used.

Removed created column from regressions tab since it didn't provide useful information

Database query has been improved to get the list of bugtasks directly from the
database and avoid handling that data in python

Added date created, closed and reopened columns to regressions tab

Aside from that the date values in the task are calculated based on the
activity records. This is because launchpad doesn't seem to do that properly
for some statest.

Fixed using python-matplotlib with gtk3 support from ppa
