Note to myself: since this package has defined dependencies on libfoldgrammars and bellmansgapc, which are hosted in the same PPA, Launchpad's build mechanism seems to be very strict and produced a lot of version mismatches. See: https://askubuntu.com/questions/763754/launchpad-build-recipes-how-do-i-correctly-specify-build-dependencies-for-packa

Therefore, if we have a version e.g `1.3.0` of the libfoldgrammars, we should "depend" on a slightly older version like `libfoldgrammars (>= 1.2.99)`
