  - job_destroy(): Don't attempt to free process_data if not yet alloc'd.
  - job_new(): Ensure process_data NULL before any possibility of
    destructor being called.
* init/tests/test_event.c: Removed now unecessary TEST_ALLOC_SAFE around
  event_poll().
