* snappy/partition.py:
  - bind_mount(): Add options parameter.
  - bindmount_required_filesystems(): Add read-only bindmount of current
    rootfs to allow update-grub, running from within the chroot to
    establish details of both rootfs's.
  - get_bootloader_type(): Look for update-grub, not grub-install.
  - handle_grub(): Don't call grub-install now that there is a shared
    grub boot partition.
