  - DownloadUpdate(): call ReloadConfiguration() to ensure correct
    partition is considered before s-i downloads the updates.
  - ReloadConfiguration(): Remove unused reset parameter.
  - CheckForUpdate(): Remove second call to ReloadConfiguration() since
    a reset is not currently required (since snappy is the only consumer
    of s-i services).
  - otherPart(): Handle amd64 environments where only the
    primary rootfs is provisioned.
