43. By James Henstridge

When processing changes from CouchDB, if we found a local ID in the
GUID->ID map but that local ID doesn't exist, ignore the change.

The rationale is that the item has been deleted locally, and that
deletion will propagate later in the synchronisation.

42. By James Henstridge

Add additional logging statements to synchroniser.

41. By James Henstridge

Log messages to $BINDWOOD_LOGFILE if that environment variable is set.

40. By James Henstridge

Migration code to upgrade databases from Bindwood 0.4.x and 1.0.x schemas.

39. By James Henstridge

Plug the new synchronisation code into the Bindwood object.

38. By James Henstridge

Tie together the new synchroniser code to provide an interface for doing regular two-way synchronisation.

37. By James Henstridge

Fix reorder_children() to handle the case where an expected child has been moved to a different folder.

36. By James Henstridge

Explicitly run couchdb_env.sh under /bin/sh so we don't need to worry about whether it has the execute bit set.

35. By James Henstridge

Add code to the new synchroniser for exporting local bookmark items to CouchDB.

34. By James Henstridge

Add code to the new synchroniser to create local bookmarks from CouchDB documents.
