37. By James Henstridge

Rather than dealing with execute bits, run couchdb_env.sh under /bin/sh
explicitly. This way it doesn't matter what permission bits it has.

36. By James Henstridge

Only change the permissions on couchdb_env.sh if it is not executable.

This should make the 01_no_chmod.patch patch from the Ubuntu packages
unnecessary.

35. By James Henstridge

Add code to the new synchroniser for exporting local bookmark items to CouchDB.

34. By James Henstridge

Add code to the new synchroniser to create local bookmarks from CouchDB documents.

33. By James Henstridge

Refactor the local item ID <-> GUID mapping code to work with the new Synchroniser implementation.

32. By James Henstridge

Extract the logging code from the Bindwood object so that it can be reused in other modules.

31. By James Henstridge

Add a Synchroniser.pullChanges() method to read changed records from CouchDB.

30. By James Henstridge

If available, use the AddonManager object to locate couchdb_env.sh. This makes desktopcouch.jsm compatible with Firefox 4.0.

29. By James Henstridge

Add a bookmark observer implementation that just records the GUIDs of changed items.

28. By James Henstridge

Split DesktopCouch connection code out from Bindwood. Refactor Bindwood.Observer to make it instantiatable.
